In order to avoid a burn, do not serve an exhaust system, if it still hot. Service should be spent after the system will be cooled.

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Disconnect a negative cable from the accumulator.
    Disconnect муфту the gauge of heating of oxygen-1 (1) and disconnect it from its nest.
    Remove the top cover (2) collectors of an exhaust system.
    Remove an element of rigidity of a collector of an exhaust system (1) if that is available.
    Remove bolts and nuts of a pipe №1 exhaust systems and a bolt of an arm of an exhaust pipe (if that is available).

    Remove a collector of an exhaust system (1) and its lining (2) from a cylinder head.

Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Put a new lining (1) on a cylinder head.
    Establish an exhaust system collector.
    Establish a ring sealant and an exhaust pipe №1 (1) to an exhaust system collector. Before to establish a ring sealant, check up it about damage or deterioration, and if necessary replace. Use new counternuts if they are worn out. Fasten fixture of a pipe with the specified rotating moment. The rotating moment of an inhaling: a bolt or a nut of an exhaust pipe №1 () — 50 Н•м (5.0 kg th, 36.5 pounds on foot).
    Establish an element of rigidity of a collector of an exhaust system (1) if that is available. Fasten a bolt and a nut of an element of rigidity of a collector of an exhaust system to the specified rotating moment.
    Establish the top cover (2) on an exhaust system collector.
    Connect муфту (1) gauges of heating of oxygen - 1 and reliably insert муфту into an arm.
    Connect a negative cable to the accumulator. Check up, whether there is no leak of exhaust gas from an exhaust system.
