Disconnect a negative cable (-) from the accumulator.
Merge cooling system.
Remove a gear belt of a drive and натяжитель, having addressed to Section a drive Belt газораспределительного the mechanism and the tension device for a belt in the Head Engines.

Remove rubber consolidation (1) between the oil pump and the water pump.
|
|
|
Remove directing oil щупа (1) with oil щупом.
|
|

Remove the adjusting lever of the generator (1).
|
|
|
Remove knot of the water pump (1).
|
|
|
Do not assort the water pump. If it is required to repair the pump, replace it as the uniform unit. |

For engine J20
|
|
Disconnect a negative cable (-) from the accumulator.
Merge cooling liquid.
Disconnect a final hose of a radiator from a cover of the thermostat (2).
Remove a bolt of an exhaust pipe of a heater (1).
Remove a generator belt, having turned off a pulley натяжителя. Address to Section a generator Belt in the Head electric equipment System.

Remove knot of the water pump (1), having removed it 4 bolts (2).

For engine J20
|

Installation
For engine G16
|
|
Put a new lining for the pump (2) in the block of cylinders.
|
|
Establish the water pump (1) in the block of cylinders. The rotating moment of an inhaling: a bolt of the water pump (engine G16) () — 12 Н•м (1.2 kg th, 8.5 pound on foot).

|
|
After installation of the water pump put rubber consolidation (1) between the water pump and the oil pump.
|
Establish натяжитель a belt, a gear belt of a drive and an external cover of a gear belt of a drive, having addressed to Section a drive Belt газораспределительного the mechanism and the tension device for a belt in the Head Engines.

Establish the adjusting lever of the generator (1).
|
|
|
Establish directing oil щупа (1), having greased with engine oil кольцеобразное consolidation (2).
|
Establish a pulley коленвала, a pulley of the water pump, a belt of a drive of the pump, the cooling fan / муфту and a fan casing.
The rotating moment of an inhaling
Nuts of the cooling fan/mufty (engine G 6): 11 Н•м (1.1 kg th, 8.0 pound on foot)
Bolts of a pulley №2 коленвала (engine G16): 16 Н•м (1.6 kg th, 11.5 pound on foot)
Adjust a tension of a belt of the cooling fan as earlier it has been described.
Connect a negative cable (-) to the accumulator.
Fill in cooling liquid.
After installation check up each detail on a leaking.

|
|
|
|
Put new кольцеобразное consolidation (1) on the water pump (2).
|
|
|
Do not forget to put adjusting pins on the party of the water pump before to place the water pump in the engine block. |
Establish the water pump (1), using new bolts (2) on the block of cylinders and fasten them to the specified rotating moment. The rotating moment of an inhaling: a bolt of the water pump (engine J20) () — 27 Н•м (2.7 kg th, 19.5 pound on foot).

Use new bolts (only 4) to establish the water pump in the engine block. If it not to make, water can leak. |

Establish a bolt of an exhaust pipe of a heater (1).
Establish a generator belt. Address to the Head electric equipment System.
Establish a final hose of a radiator on a cover of the thermostat (2).
Fill in cooling liquid.
Connect a negative cable to the accumulator.
