Place a drive frame on a pulley, and establish a rotor on a frame.
Establish a back frame on приводную a frame.
Tighten 4 nuts with the specified rotating moment. An inhaling twisting moment (a): 4.5 Н•м (0.45 kg th, 3.5 pounds-foots).

Establish a pulley and tighten a pulley nut, keeping a shaft шестигранным a wrench with the specified moment of an inhaling. An inhaling twisting moment (a): 111 Н•м (11.1 kg th, 80.5 pounds-foots).

Establish 4 rubber insulators.
Establish the rectifier.

At rectifier installation, check up and be convinced that between contacts статор and blades of the cooling fan there is a sufficient backlash. |

Establish a cover щеткодержателя on щеткодержатель.

Place IC a regulator together with щеткодержателем horizontally on a back frame.
Establish 5 screws while the backlash between щеткодержателем and a connector will not be about 1 mm (0.04 inches). An inhaling Twisting moment (a): 2.0 Н•м (0.2 kg th, 1.5 pounds-foots).

Establish a back cover and клеммную a plate.

Establish an insulator and tighten an internal nut of plug "B" with the specified moment. An inhaling twisting moment (c): 4.2 Н•м (0.42 kg th, 3.0 pounds-foots).
