The system description The manual transmission consists of a leading shaft, the basic shaft, a countershaft and transfer of the backing, established in the aluminium case. Its transfers represent five forward speeds in synchronous gearing and one speed of a backing in system of constant gearing. Transfers of the basic shaft keep on needle bearings, and on them rings of the synchronizer and a sleeve and synchronizer naves are established. The case of the lever of a gear change is above behind the case of a transmission and has a cam which does not allow to direct transfer to be switched from fifth speed to a backing. As the aluminium case is sealed by a lining of liquid type at its assemblage after dismantling it is necessary to put original hermetic or its analogue on adjoining surfaces. Besides, connecting bolts of the case should be tightened a wrench to the specified value of the moment of an inhaling, avoiding unduly strong or unduly weak tightening. |
