The centering contact coil

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Be convinced that forward wheels of the car are directed directly forward. Be convinced that the ignition switch is in position “LOCK”. Slowly with easy effort turn the contact coil counter-clockwise against the stop.

The contact coil can turn about a maximum on 5 turns that is when it is in the central position, it can turn on two and a half a turn on and counter-clockwise.

    From this position when the coil has stopped and does not move further, turn it back clockwise approximately on two and a half a turn and combine the central label with a levelling label (1).
    Turn slowly while the coil will not stop.
    2 — Not a cabriolet
    3 — the Cabriolet
    Turn the coil back approximately on 2.5 turns.

Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Be convinced that forward wheels of the car are directed directly forward, and the contact coil is in the central position.

These two conditions are necessary for steering wheel installation. If a steering wheel to establish, without having met these conditions, the contact coil will break at steering wheel turn.

    Establish a steering wheel on a steering shaft, having got two teeth of the contact coil to two grooves on a back part of a steering wheel and having combined labels on a steering wheel and the helmsman to a shaft. Tighten a nut of a steering shaft to the specified value of the moment of an inhaling. The inhaling moment: a nut of a steering shaft (a): 33 Н•м (3.3 kg th, 23.5 pounds-foots). Establish the module (having inflated) pillows of safety of the driver on a steering wheel. See in the given Chapter Has undressed the Module (having inflated) pillows of the driver.
