Removal
|
|
Lift the car.
To remove forward карданный a shaft, execute item 3 — 4.
Merge transfer oil as it is described in the Head Transfer, in Section Oil of a distributing box.
|
|
Remove bolts (1) fixing arms of the stabilizer of cross-section stability and lower downwards the stabilizer of cross-section stability (2).
|
|
|
Put levelling labels (1) on a flange of the hinge and карданный a shaft.
|
Remove карданный a shaft.
|
|
Dismantling
|
|
|
|
By means of the special tool (A) remove two lock rings (1). The special tool (A): 09900-06108.
|
|
|
By means of specially tool (B) push out a bearing holder крестовины (1) on 3 – 4 mm (0.12 – 0.16 inches) from a holder of a plug of a shaft (2). The special tool (B): 09926-48010. Length “a”: 3 – 4 mm (0.12 – 0.16 inches).
|
|
|
Before to pull out it, put getting greasing between a holder of the bearing (1) and a holder of a plug (2). |
|
|
Tapping on a plug (1) hammer (2), completely remove a holder of the bearing (3).
|
Pull out a bearing holder on the other hand the same as it is described in points 2 and 3.
|
|
Push out a bearing holder from outside фланцевой plugs as it is described in points 1) and 2), and then, holding a holder of the bearing (2) pincers (1), knock on фланцевой to a plug and pull out a holder.
|
Similarly remove a bearing holder on the other hand.
|
|
- Be cautious, that at removal of a holder of the bearing крестовины not to lose its rollers.
- Temporarily put the removed bearings in крестовину then to establish them in initial position.
|
|
|
Check
|
|
|
|
Check up карданный a shaft and фланцевую a plug on damages and карданный a shaft (1) – on palpation.
|
If damage is revealed, or shaft palpation exceeds admissible borders, replace. Admissible borders of palpation: 0.8 mm (0.031 inches).
|
|
Assemblage
|
|
|
|
At assemblage necessarily use new lock rings, крестовину (1) and bearings (2). Use of old lock rings, крестовины and bearings Is forbidden. |
|
|
|
Be convinced that rollers in a bearing holder крестовины all on a place. |
|
|
|
|
Do not forget to put greasing on a bearing holder крестовины. “A”: greasing 99000-25030.
|
|
|
Insert a holder of the bearing (2) into a plug (3), tapping with a copper hammer (1) while it will not rise заподлицо with an end face of a plug (3). Thus insert крестовину (4) into a holder of the bearing (2) that rollers have not dropped out of a bearing holder.
|
|
|
Insert other holder of the bearing (1) from an opposite side into a plug (2), tapping with a copper hammer (3) while it will not rise заподлицо with an end face of a plug (2).
|
Insert holders of bearings from outside фланцевой plugs the same as it is described above in points 2 - 3.
When will beat a hammer on holders of bearings, put on them a metal plate not to damage a plug.
Reliably establish 4 lock rings on a shaft and фланцевую a plug.

Check up, that each lock ring has been reliably adjusted in grooves. |
After assemblage check up, that a plug of a shaft and фланцевая a plug moved smoothly.
|
|
Installation
Execute removal procedure in return sequence, paying attention to the following.
|
|
Before installation clear and examine a sliding part of an end face карданного a shaft (where the oil epiploon contacts) and if there are even small scratches or deformations, modify an end face and again clear.
|
|
Then put greasing inside шлиц карданного a shaft. “B”: greasing 99000-25010.
|
Establish карданный a shaft, having combined levelling labels, differently during movement there can be a vibration.
|
|
For an inhaling фланцевых bolts and nuts карданного a shaft observe following values of the moment of an inhaling. At a reuse of bolts back карданного a shaft, put on their carving part cement for carving blocking. “A”: cement 99000-32110. The inhaling moment: фланцевые nuts forward and back карданных shaft — 50 Н•м (5.0 kg th, 36.5 pounds-foots).

For installation forward карданного a shaft execute following steps 6 and 7.
Establish the stabilizer of cross-section stability.
|
|
Tighten bolts of a fixing arm of the stabilizer of cross-section stability to the specified value of the moment of an inhaling. The inhaling moment: a bolt of a fixing arm of the stabilizer of cross-section stability (a): 23 Н•м (2.3 kg th, 17.0 pounds-foots).
|
Fill in transfer oil as Oil of a distributing box in the Head Transfer is described in Section.
