Engine cooling

The general description

The cooling system consists of a cover of a radiator, a radiator, the tank of a cooling liquid, hoses, the water pump, the cooling fan and the thermostat. The radiator concerns type of radiators with a trubchato-lamellar core.

  • Do not uncover a radiator to check up level of a cooling liquid of the engine; check cooling liquid visually through the transparent tank of a cooling liquid. Cooling liquid add in the tank only necessarily.
  • As the cooling system is under pressure, the temperature can be considerable above, than temperature of boiling of a solution in a radiator, without causing thus solution boiling. If the engine hot and pressure high, at removal of a cover of a radiator a solution continuously boils and is possible with explosive force, splashing out a solution on the engine, боковины and the person who has uncovered. If the solution contains combustible antifreeze, such as alcohol (not recommended for use at any time), exists also danger of serious ignition.
