To remove a clip, at first press its central hairpin. |
Uncover a casing and a casing №2. (If is available).

Remove a casing clip, and then remove a casing №1 from the case of the lever of a gear change (if is available).

Fingers press downwards a cover of the case of a gear change and, having turned it counter-clockwise, pull out the gear change lever (if is available).

In an engine compartment
|
Remove the battery, oil щуп and a tube for oil pouring.
Disconnect a cable of a throttle of an automatic transmission from a throttle and arm cam.
Remove the starter motor. But do not disconnect its wire.
Remove a bolt and a nut of fastening of a transmission to the engine.
For engines G16/J20

Merge oil of transfer at the all-wheel drive car or a liquid of an automatic transmission at the car with a drive on two wheels

If the automatic transmission of the all-wheel drive car is subject to the further major repairs, plums of a liquid of an automatic box at this stage will facilitate work. |

Before to remove карданный a shaft, combine levelling labels on a flange of connection and карданном a shaft.
Remove universal фланцевые bolts of connection and take out back карданный a shaft.
Similarly take out forward карданный a shaft (if is available).
Remove a nut from the end of a cable of a choice of transfer and an arm to release a cable.
Remove an arm of a cable of a choice of transfer, having removed two its bolts.
Remove exhaust pipes №1 and №2.
Remove rigid fastening of a transmission (on the right) if is available.
Unhook and disconnect hoses of a cooler of oil from tubes.

In order to avoid leak трансмиссионной liquids, open stoppers on the ends of tubes of a cooler of oil and hoses right after how they are disconnected. |
Remove the bottom plate of the case гидространсформатора.

Holding a drive plate motionlessly by means of the special tool or to it similar, remove a wrench fixing bolts of the hydrotransformer. The special tool (only for G16/J20) (A): 09927-56010
Remove nuts of connection of the engine and a transmission.
Disconnect sockets from the gauge of speed of the car, the gauge of speed on an exit, the gauge of entering speed, switch TR, solenoidal valves of switching and ТСС (blocking) and other electric parts and disconnect their wires from clips.
By means of a jack for a transmission remove a back fixing part, having removed its bolts.
Having left a transmission (and transfer if is) on a jack, move them towards a back part and lower together with the hydrotransformer.

Transmission (and transfer if is available) can bend back on a jack. With a view of safety it is recommended to take advantage of the auxiliary lever of a jack. |

After removal

Be convinced that a transmission and (transfer if is available) throughout all work are in horizontal position. If they bend, the hydrotransformer can fall and cause a trauma, and the liquid of an automatic transmission can flow out. |
|
Remove hoses сапуна.
Remove transfer, having removed its bolts (if is available).
