Privodnoj belt

Any check and replacement of spare parts are carried out only on the idle engine.

Check of a belt of the generator and the cooling pump (on engines G16)

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Disconnect "weight" from АКБ. Believe a belt on cracks, anguishes, deformation, deterioration and cleanliness. At detection of any defect replace a belt. Check up a belt on a tension.
      Tension of a belt of the generator and cooling pomp:
        "And" — a deflection 5 — 7 mm (0.20 — 0.28 inches) for G16.

1 — a pulley of a cranked shaft
2 — a pulley of the water pump
3 — 100 Н, 10 kg or 22 pounds


At replacement of a belt on new, adjust a tension of a belt to a deflection 5 — 6 mm (0. 20 — 0. 24 inches) for G16.

    If a belt will draw or it is too poorly tense, adjust to norm, by generator moving. Tighten an adjusting bolt of the generator and шкворень. Connect "weight" to АКБ.

Replacement of a belt of the generator and cooling pomp (on engines G16)

Replace a belt. The Belt of the cooling fan in the Head Cooling of the engine for procedure of replacement of a belt of the water pump see.

Check приводного a belt of the pump of cooling, the generator, the amplifier of a wheel, the conditioner compressor (if it is provided)

    Disconnect "weight" from АКБ. Check up a belt on cracks, anguishes, deformation, deterioration and cleanliness. At detection of any defect replace a belt Check up, that the indicator натяжителя A was in area a. If indicator "A" is in a zone c, having passed b replace a generator belt with the new.

Use a mirror at check of a tension of a belt натяжителя type "And".

Replacement приводного a belt of the pump of cooling, the generator, the amplifier of a wheel, the conditioner compressor (if it is provided) (on engine J20)

Replace a belt according to procedure of replacement of a belt of the generator in the Head electric equipment System.

Check приводного a belt of the fan of cooling of the engine (for engine J20)

1 — 100 Н, 10 kg or 22 pounds
2 — муфта the fan
3 — муфта коленвала
4 — an adjusting bolt and шкворень

      Tension of a belt of the fan of cooling:
        a — A deflection in 5 – 7 mm (0. 20 – 0. 27 inches) under loading 100 Н, 10 kg or 22 pounds.

At replacement of a belt on new, adjust a tension of a belt to a deflection 4 — 5 mm (0. 16 — 0. 19 inches) for G16.

    If a belt will draw or it is too poorly tense, adjust to norm, by adjustment of a pulley of the fan of cooling. Tighten an adjusting bolt of the generator and шкворень. Connect "weight" to АКБ.

Replacement of a belt of the fan of cooling (on engine J20)

Replace, according to replacement procedure приводного a belt of the fan of cooling in Section the Belt of the cooling fan in the Head engine Cooling.

Check приводного a belt of the pump of the hydraulic booster of a wheel and the conditioner compressor (if it is established) (on engines G16)

3 — a pulley of the compressor of the conditioner (if it is equipped)
4 — a pulley натяжителя a belt
5 — pulley bolts натяжителя

    Disconnect "weight" from АКБ. Check up a belt on cracks, anguishes, deformation, deterioration and cleanliness. At detection of any defect replace a belt. Check up a belt tension
      Tension of a belt of the pump of the hydraulic booster of a wheel and the conditioner compressor:
        a — A deflection in 6 – 9 mm (0.24 – 0.35 inches) under loading 100 Н, 10 kg or 22 pounds. b — A deflection in 4 – 7 mm (0.16 – 0.28 inches) under loading 100 Н, 10 kg or 22 pounds.
    If the tension of a belt falls outside the limits the given specification, adjust according to Razdelom Privodnoj a belt of the pump of the hydraulic booster of a wheel in the Head System of the hydraulic booster of a wheel. Connect "weight" to АКБ.

Replacement приводного a belt of the pump of the hydraulic booster of a wheel and-or the conditioner compressor (if it is established) (on engines G16)

Replace a belt and then adjust its tension according to the procedure of replacement of a belt described in Razdele Privodnoj a belt of the pump of the hydraulic booster of a wheel in the Head System of the hydraulic booster of a wheel.
