Belt of the cooling fan

Removal

For engines G16

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Disconnect a negative cable (-) from the accumulator. Turn off an adjusting bolt приводного a belt of pump P/S and then remove pump P/S belt.
    Turn off an adjusting bolt (1) and шарнирный a bolt.
    Ослабьте a belt, having displaced the generator, and then remove it.

For engine J20

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Disconnect a negative cable (-) from the accumulator.
    Untwist an adjusting bolt (1) and шарнирный a bolt (2).
    Ослабьте a belt, having displaced a fan pulley. Remove cooling pump. Simply disconnect the fan/muftu from a fan pulley. Remove a belt of the cooling fan (3).

Installation

For engines G16

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Establish a belt on a pulley of the water pump, a pulley коленвала and a generator pulley. Establish приводной pump P/S belt. Adjust a belt tension as it is specified. Address to Section Regulation and check of a tension of a belt of the cooling fan in this Chapter. Twirl an adjusting bolt and шарнирный a bolt. Connect a negative cable (-) to the accumulator.

For engine J20

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Establish a belt to a pulley of the fan and a pulley коленвала. Establish cooling fan. Address to Razdelu Mufta of the fan of cooling system in this Chapter. Adjust a belt tension as it is specified. Address to Section Regulation and check of a tension of a belt of the cooling fan in this Chapter. Twirl an adjusting bolt and шарнирный a bolt. Connect a negative cable (-) to the accumulator.

Check of a tension of a belt of the cooling fan

Examine a belt and check up a belt tension. Address to Section Regulation and check of a tension of a belt of the cooling fan in this Chapter.
