Check of linear pressure

The purpose of this test is check of working conditions of each part by means of measurement of pressure of a liquid on a line of pressure of a liquid. Following conditions are necessary for performance of the test of linear pressure:

The liquid of an automatic box has normal working temperature (70-80 C/158 – 176F).

The liquid is filled to demanded level (between marks on щупе COMPLETELY HEATED-UP and "not HEATED-UP").

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Reliably put on a lay brake and put to wheels the verifying device.
  2. Attach the device for measurement of pressure of a liquid to an aperture for check of pressure of a liquid in the transmission case. The special tool (A): 09925-37810.

Having attached the device for check of pressure of a liquid, check up, that there was no liquid leak.

  1. Press up to the end a brake pedal, include idling of the engine and limiting, and then check up pressure of a liquid in position “D” or “R”.

Do not leave the engine to work on speed limit more than 5 seconds.
