Check of a wheel disk, nut and the bearing

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Check up each wheel disk on dents, deformations and cracks. It is necessary to replace strongly damaged disk.
    Check up, how wheel nuts are tightened, and, if necessary, tighten them to the specified value of the moment of an inhaling. The inhaling moment: wheel nuts (a): 100 Н•м (10.0 kg th, 72.5 pounds-foots).
    Check up deterioration of the bearing of a wheel. Having tightened a counternut to the specified value of the moment of an inhaling, put the measuring device with a dial to the centre of a nave of a wheel and measure axial люфт. A limit axial люфта the wheel bearing: 0.05 mm (0.002 inches).
    If results of measurement exceed a limit, replace the bearing.
    Повращайте a wheel to check up noise presence in the bearing and smoothness of rotation. If defect is found out, replace the bearing.
