Chain check on an open condition The possible reasons of an open condition of a chain the following: Often enough reason — in коннекторе or contacts, they should be checked in details up.

Disconnect weight from the accumulator.
Check up everyone коннектор on both ends of a checked chain on connection easing. Also check up a fixing condition коннекторов, equipped with a clamp.

Using test covered contact, check up both contacts of a checked chain on pressing of contacts of the covering plug. Check up visually each plug on easing of contacts (probably caused by pollution, corrosion, a rust, hit of extraneous objects etc.) As check up, that contacts have been densely latched in коннекторе.

By means of procedures of consecutive check or check of the electric pressure, described on the following page, check up electroconducting on breakage and weak connection of plugs. Find out an exact site of anomaly if it exists.

Measure resistance between contacts коннектора on both ends of a checked chain (between А-1 and С-1 in drawing). If indissolubility has not been defined (infinity or limit excess) it means that a chain between plugs A-1 and С-1 is opened.

Disconnect коннектор, included in a chain (коннектор - In in drawing) and measure resistance between plugs A-1 and В-1. If indissolubility has not been defined, it means that a chain between plugs V-1 and С-1 is opened or there is an anomaly in коннекторе – Century

Pressure check
|
|
If in a checked chain a food moves, pressure check can be used for chain check.
With all attached коннекторами and the pressure submitted to the checked chain, measure pressure between each plug and grounding.
If gaugings were spent, and results were as on the list below it means that a chain between plugs V-1 and А-1 is opened.

Also, if the measured values as on the list below it means that there is a resistance (anomaly) at the level which is responsible for a power failure in a chain between plugs A-1 and В-1.
