Service and repair of system of cooling

In order to avoid a burn do not uncover a radiator, while the engine and a radiator still hot. A burning liquid and steam can be splashed out under pressure if the cover is removed too early.

The cooling system should be served as follows.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Check up system of cooling about leak or damage. Помойте a cover of a radiator and a bulk mouth pure water, having uncovered a radiator when the engine will cool down. Check up level of a cooling liquid. By means of the device for tightness check check up ability of system and a radiator cover to keep corresponding pressure – 110 кПа (1.1 kg/sm2, 15.6 пси). If it is required to replace a cover, use the corresponding cover intended for this vehicle.

After installation of a cover of a radiator (1) on a radiator (2), be convinced that its clip is levelled with a hose of the tank (3). If is not present, turn a cover (1) still to level its clip with a hose (3).

    Check up, that clips of hoses have been reliably fastened and examine all hoses. Replace треснутые, blown up or otherwise spoilt hoses. Clean a forward surface of a core of a radiator.
