Rotor
|
Using an ohmmeter, check up electroconductivity between contact rings of a rotor. If there is no electroconductivity, replace a rotor. Standard resistance: 2.5 - 2.9.
Using an ohmmeter, check up, whether there is no electroconductivity between a contact ring and the rotor core. If there is an electroconductivity, replace a rotor.
Check up contact rings, whether there is no roughness or a deposit. If they rough or are a deposit, replace a rotor.

Using an ohmmeter, check up electroconductivity of all contacts. If there is no electroconductivity, replace статор.
Using an ohmmeter, whether check up there is no electroconductivity between contacts of the coil and the core статора. If there is no electroconductivity, replace статор.

Check up each brush on deterioration, having measured its length.

If the brush is worn out to a limit, replace a brush.

The rectifier
|
Using an ohmmeter, check up electroconductivity between cases of the top and bottom rectifiers and contact of each diode.
Check up both directions, having changed щупы an ohmmeter. In each case there should be only unilateral conductivity. If result of check unsatisfactory, replace the rectifier.

Check up unilateral electroconductivity between contacts and three diodes similarly described in item 1.
