 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Collect in an order opposite to dismantling, having paid attention to the following. Necessarily establish brushes in a correct direction and solder wires of brushes and contacts статора.

    Tighten a nut of a pulley of the generator with the specified moment of an inhaling. An inhaling twisting moment (a): 118 Н•м (11.8 kg th, 85.5 pounds-foots).
    Using a vice, place a pure fabric between a rotor and a vice not to damage a rotor.
  • Necessarily keep a rotor in point A. Do not keep it in a zone In, as it insufficiently strong.

    Insert brushes in щеткодержатель, then support brushes, having inserted a corresponding wire from an aperture in a back casing.
    After rotor installation, remove a wire.
  • Check up and be convinced that marks of combination in a forward and back casing are levelled.
  • Do not put greasing on back (роторный) the bearing. Completely clean oil if it is in the bearing of a back casing.
