Remove a dust and a dirt from everyone шлангового connections (2) and tubes (1) which will be separated, and clear round a tank cover.

Type a liquid a syringe or something similar.
Disconnect a tube for a liquid from a hose.

To disconnect a tube (1) from a hose (2), separate them by means of a key for развальцованных nuts (4) and a wrench (3) so that not to overwind them. |

Check
|

Check up a tube (1) and a hose (2) on dents, excesses, cracks, a dirt and a dust. If results of check are unsatisfactory, replace. |
Installation
Execute removal procedure in return sequence, paying attention to the following:

Tighten развальцованные nuts (3) to the specified value of the moment of an inhaling. The inhaling moment (a): 16 Н•м (1.6 kg th, 11.5 pounds-foots). |

|

- Procedure of removal and installation of the main cylinder and стравливания air is described in Section the Main cylinder of coupling.
- Avoid liquid hit on the painted surfaces.
- Watch, that a tube (1) and a hose (2) did not concern the car or other parts.
- Reliably establish all clips.
- Reliably establish the E-shaped ring (3).
- After installation check up a free wheeling of a pedal of coupling and pit air from system.
- Check up, whether there is no liquid leak.
- Add a liquid approximately to mark MAX (maximum) on the tank.
