Disconnect air hoses and фитинг from the air pump.
Having removed bolts, remove the pump
|

For installation execute removal procedure upside-down. The inhaling moment: 13 Н•м (1.3 kg th, 9.5 pounds-foots).

Check
|
|
Establish on the pump the special tool, the voltmeter and the battery.
Tighten an adjusting bolt of the special tool against the stop and close its lateral aperture for check of air by means of a fuel hose as a deaf stopper. The special tool (A): 09918-18110.
Check up, that the motor started to work (its sound) when the battery is connected was audible, and stopped, when the specified pressure is reached. Check up, whether there is no air leak. The specified pressure: 30.0 – 45.0 кПа (0.30 – 0.45 kg/sm2, 4.25 – 6.40 pounds on sq. inch).
Check up, that voltmeter indications were within resulted below values:
When the motor works: 0 – 1 Volt
When the motor has ceased to work: 10 – 14 Volt
