Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Remove a wheel nave. See in the given Chapter Has undressed a wheel Nave (including the wheel bearing). Remove a lock ring of a shaft of a forward drive (1) and a persistent washer of a forward axis of a fist (2) (at the all-wheel drive car) or a cap of a nave of a forward wheel (at the car with a drive on two wheels).

    Disconnect the end of steering draught (1) from a fist (2).
    Remove the stabilizer of cross-section stability. See in the given Chapter Has undressed the Stabilizer of cross-section stability/plug. Remove a nut of a hairpin with a spherical tip. Prop up the bottom lever a jack. Remove bolts with скобы racks.

    By means of a stripper disconnect a fist from a hairpin with a spherical tip.

Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    For installation of a fist, an oil epiploon of an axis of a fist of a wheel and the bearing of a shaft of a drive (2) execute in return sequence of manipulation on removal, paying attention to the following.

The all-wheel drive car

1 — an axis of a fist of a wheel
3 — a persistent washer of a shaft of a forward drive (type “C” or “D”)
4 — an internal oil epiploon
6 — an oil epiploon of a shaft of a drive
With — flat type
D — фланцевый type (for a cabriolet)

The car with a drive on two wheels

1 — an axis of a fist of a wheel
5 — a fist cap

For the all-wheel drive car

    By means of the special tool establish the bearing of a shaft of a drive (1).
      The special tool:
        (A): 09913-76010 — a persistent washer of a shaft of a drive of type With (A): 09913-80112 — a persistent washer of a shaft of a drive of type D Persistent washer of a shaft of a drive of type And The size “a”: 0 – 1 mm (0 – 0.04 inches) Persistent washer of a shaft of a drive of type In The size “a”: 1.75 – 2.50 mm (0.069 – 0.098 inches)

    At installation of an axis of a fist of a wheel on a fist, process adjoining surfaces hermetic. “A”: hermetic 99000-31110.

For the all-wheel drive car

    Besides, fill a flute in an axis of a fist of a wheel approximately with ten grammes plastic литиевой greasings. “B”: greasing 99000-25010.
    Tighten a nut of an axis of a fist of a wheel to the specified value of the moment of an inhaling. The inhaling moment: a nut of an axis of a fist of a wheel (a): 50 Н•м (5.0 kg th, 36.5 pounds-foots).

For the all-wheel drive car

    Pressing establish an internal oil epiploon.
    By means of the special tool enter inside an internal oil epiploon while its end will not concern a step surface of a fist.
      The special tool:
        (B): 09944-66010 (C): 09924-74510

For the all-wheel drive car

    Put plastic литиевую greasing on an edge of an oil epiploon and in its cavity, having filled it more, than on 60 %. Put литиевую plastic greasing “A” on a shaft of a drive (2). “A”: greasing 99000-25010. Pressing establish a persistent washer of a shaft of a forward drive (3) on a shaft of a drive (2) if it has been removed (for a persistent nut of a shaft of a drive of type). Put литиевую plastic greasing “A” on a persistent washer of a shaft of a drive. “A”: greasing 99000-25010. Put литиевую plastic greasing “A” and establish a persistent washer of a shaft of a forward drive (3) rounded off by the party to the central party (for a persistent washer of a shaft of a drive of type). “A”: greasing 99000-25010.

For the car with a drive on two wheels

    Remove greasing, old hermetic and a dirt from adjoining surfaces of a cap of a fist (2) and a fist (1), on a pure surface of a cap in regular intervals put water-proof hermetic and establish a cap on a fist. “B”: hermetic 99000-31090.

    Tighten a nut of the lever of a hairpin with a spherical tip. For this purpose take a new nut and tighten it to the specified value of the moment of an inhaling. The inhaling moment: a nut of a hairpin with a spherical tip (a): 60 Н•м (6.0 kg th, 43.5 pounds-foots).

For the car with a drive on two wheels

    Put water-proof hermetic on an adjoining surface of a nave of a wheel (1) and establish a cap of a nave (2) on a wheel nave. “A”: hermetic 99000-31090.

For the all-wheel drive car

    At installation of a flange of a drive of the bridge (1) on a wheel nave, put hermetic on an adjoining surface of a flange of a drive of the bridge (1). “A”: hermetic 99000-31090. The inhaling moment: a bolt of a flange of a drive (a): 50 Н•м (5.0 kg th, 36.5 pounds-foots).

    Connect a tip of steering draught to a fist and tighten a new nut of a tip of steering draught. The inhaling moment: a nut of a tip of steering draught (a): 40 Н•м (4.0 kg th, 29.0 pounds-foots).
