The suspension bracket/plug lever
Removal

Remove a cylindrical spring. The Section the Cylindrical spring see in the given Chapter.
Remove bolts and nuts of the lever of a suspension bracket. Then remove the suspension bracket lever.
Cautiously, not to damage a face surface of the lever of a suspension bracket, cut off фланцевую a part of the plug of the lever of a suspension bracket (rubber and a steel). The size “A”: about 6 mm (0.236 inches).

Put the lever of a suspension bracket and the special tool on a hydraulic press. Combine a cut off flange of the lever of a suspension bracket with the welded part (1) special tools, and the party of connection with the lever of a suspension bracket with a step part (2) special tools. The special tool (A) — 09951-46020.

With extra care pull out the plug of the lever of a suspension bracket to press it vertically. Otherwise it is possible to be traumatised. |

Remove the forward plug, having pulled out it by means of a hydraulic press (1) and the special tool.

Remove the back plug, having pulled out it by means of a hydraulic press (1) and the special tool.

Installation
The forward plug
By means of the special tool, press the forward plug (2) while its flange will not concern edges of the case of the lever of a suspension bracket.

Plug cave-in can be facilitated if to process an internal surface of the case of the lever of a suspension bracket soap water or oil with additives. |

The back plug
|

By means of the special tool, press the back plug (2) while its flange will not concern edges of the case of the lever of a suspension bracket.

Establish the suspension bracket lever on the chassis.
Lower the car in position without loading and tighten a nut of the lever of a suspension bracket to the specified value of the moment of an inhaling.

In model with engine H27 do not use repeatedly back nut of the forward lever of a suspension bracket (1). |

The inhaling moment:
Forward nut of the lever of a suspension bracket (a): 85 Н•м (8.5 kg th, 61.5 pounds-foots)
Back nut of the lever of a suspension bracket (b): 126 Н•м (12.6 kg th, 91.0 pound-foot)
