Dismantle

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Dump pressure of fuel in a fuel highway. Disconnect a negative cable from the accumulator. Uncover the engine.
    Merge cooling liquid.
    Remove the fan of a radiator and a fan casing. Address to Razdelu Mufta of the fan of cooling system in the Head engine Cooling.
    Disconnect following electric wires:
      Wires of grounding from an inlet collector The gauge of pressure of differential of a collector The gauge of position of a cam-shaft The system valve рециркуляции the fulfilled gases Socket of the gauge of absolute pressure in an inlet collector The gauge of temperature of a cooling liquid of the engine The gauge of position throttle заслонок The regulating pneumovalve of idling Wire of a fuel atomizer at муфты
      The gauge of temperature of inlet air The gauge of the mass expense of an air stream The pneumovalve for catching of steams of fuel The gauge of an angle of rotation коленвала The generator Wire of grounding from the block of cylinders (if that is available) Gauges 1 and 2 heatings of oxygen The relay of pressure of oil of the engine The relay of pressure of a steering with strengthening (if that is available) and then release plaits of wires from clips.
    Remove a starter.
    Disconnect following hoses:
      Final hose of a radiator from an inlet pipe Brake hose from an inlet collector Vacuum hose from an inlet collector Inlet and final hose of a heater from a pipe Hose of giving of fuel and returnable hose from each pipe Clip of a hose of giving of liquid А/Т from скобы
    Disconnect a rope of an accelerator and a cable of a drive throttle заслонок А/Т (if that is available) from the case throttle заслонок and each clip.
    Without disconnecting a hose, disconnect compressor A/S and-or the pump of the hydraulic booster of a steering with an arm from the block of cylinders if that is available.
    Ослабьте bolts, крепящие the block of cylinders and transmission.
    Lift a vehicle. Merge engine oil if it is necessary.
    Untwist bolts of an exhaust pipe №1 or nuts of an exhaust pipe №1.
    Remove an element of rigidity on the right side of transmission and the block of cylinders (А/Т).
    Remove the bottom plate картера coupling (картер the hydrotransformer).
    Remove hydrotransformer bolts (А/Т). The special tool: (— 09927-56010.
    Untwist nuts, крепящие the block of cylinders and transmission.
    Lower a vehicle. Prop up transmission by a jack. For models А/Т, do not put a jack under маслосборником А/Т to prop up transmission. Establish the elevating device. Untwist nuts of an arm of fastening of the engine (R&L). Before to lift the engine, be convinced that all hoses, electric wires and cables are disconnected from the engine.
    A little bit having raised, remove knot of the engine from the chassis and transmission, sliding to the forward party, and then accurately lift the engine.

Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Lower the engine in a compartment of the engine and connect the engine to transmission. Manually fasten bolts and nuts, connecting the block of cylinders and transmission.
    Fasten nuts of an arm of fastening of the engine (R&L). The rotating moment of an inhaling: a nut of an arm of fastening of the engine () — 55 Н•м (5.5 kg th, 40.0 pound on foot).
    Twirl bolts, крепящие the block of cylinders and transmission with specified rotating the moment. The rotating moment of an inhaling: bolts of fastening of transmission to the block of cylinders () — 85 Н•м (8.5 kg th, 61.5 pound on foot).
    Clean the elevating device. Repeat dismantle procedure upside-down for the purpose of installation, without forgetting the following.
    Twirl hydrotransformer bolts (А/Т). The rotating moment of an inhaling: a hydrotransformer bolt (— 65 Н•м (6.5 kg th, 47.0 pounds on foot).
    Twirl nuts, крепящие the block of cylinders and transmission with specified rotating the moment. The rotating moment of an inhaling: nuts, крепящие transmission to the block of cylinders (b) — 85 Н•м (8.5 kg th, 61.5 pound on foot).
    Twirl bolts or nuts of exhaust pipes №1 with specified rotating the moment. The rotating moment of an inhaling: nuts or bolts of an exhaust pipe №1 () — 50 Н•м (5.0 kg th, 36.5 pound on foot).
    Twirl bolts of an element of rigidity of transmission (the right party) with specified rotating the moment (А/Т). The rotating moment of an inhaling: a bolt of an element of rigidity of transmission (— 50 Н•м (5.0 kg th, 36.5 pound on foot).
    Adjust a tension of a belt of a drive of the water pump, having addressed to Section Regulation and check of a tension of a belt of the cooling fan in the Head engine Cooling. Adjust a tension of a belt of the pump of the hydraulic booster of a steering or a tension of a belt of compressor A/T if that is available. Address to Section the Engine in the Head Maintenance service and greasing. Adjust люфт a rope of an accelerator and люфт a cable of a drive throttle заслонок А/Т (for models А/Т). Check up, whether all removed parts are put into place. Repeatedly establish any necessary parts which have not been earlier established. Fill the engine with engine oil, having addressed to Section Engine oil and the filter in the Head Maintenance service and greasing. Fill cooling system, having addressed to Section Washing and filling of system of cooling in the Head engine Cooling. Check up, whether there is no leak of fuel, antifreeze and exhaust gas on each connection.
