Compression check
Pressure of compression upon all four cylinders is checked as follows.

Warm up the engine.
After a warming up stop the engine.
|
|
After an engine warming up put the gear change lever on "Neutral" (for models А/Т put the gear change lever on a range Р), both establish a lay brake and block приводные wheels. |
|
|
Disconnect a connector of a bunch of wires of a fuel injector.
|
|
|
Remove knots of the coil of ignition and all spark plugs concerning a spark plug and the unit of the coil of ignition in the Head System of ignition.
|
|
|
Establish the special tool for compression measurement in cylinders (компрессиметр) in a spark plug aperture.

Switch off coupling (to reduce initial loading by the engine) for models М/Т, and press a pedal of management of giving of fuel against the stop completely to open throttle заслонку.

Start the engine with completely charged accumulator and read the maximum instrument of pressure on компрессиметере. компрессиметре

To measure pressure of compression, start the engine, at least, on 250 turns in a minute, with the help of completely charged accumulator. |
