 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Disconnect a negative cable from the accumulator.
  2. Uncover heads of cylinders, having addressed to Section the Cover of a head of cylinders in this Chapter.
  1. Using 17 mm the plug, turn a pulley of a cranked shaft (1) clockwise while the mark V (a white paint) (2) on a pulley will not be made even to "the 0" (zero) calibrated on a cover of a belt of a drive газораспределительного of the mechanism.
  1. Check up, whether are коромысла valves of the cylinder №1 out of corresponding contours of a cam (cam-shaft); if it so, valves (1), (2), (5) and (7) in drawing are ready to check and backlash adjustment. Check up клапанные backlashes on valves (1), (2), (5) and (7). If коромысла valves of the cylinder №4 are out of corresponding contours of a cam, check up клапанные backlashes on valves (3), (4), (6) and (8).

At check клапанного a backlash insert калибромер between a cam-shaft and a working surface of a cam коромысла the valve.

  1. If клапанный the backlash does not correspond to technical characteristics, adjust it according to technical characteristics, turning the adjusting screw, preliminary having weakened a counternut.
