Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Disconnect a negative cable from the accumulator.
  2. Drain antifreeze of the engine and disconnect an inlet hose from a radiator.
  3. Remove a belt of the pump of the strengthened steering (4) or compressor A/S belt if that is available.
  4. Remove the radiator fan, a pulley of the water pump, приводной a belt of the water pump and a fan casing.

4 — a belt of the pump of the strengthened steering
  1. Remove a pulley коленвала, having turned away 5 bolts of a pulley (1).
  1. Remove an external cover of a belt of a drive газораспределительного the mechanism.
  1. To establish a drive belt газораспределительного the mechanism, level 4 marks of a tension, turning коленвал.

  1. Remove the tension device of a belt of a drive газораспределительного the mechanism, a plate of the tension device (2), a spring of the tension device (5) and a drive belt газораспределительного the mechanism (1).

  • After removal of a belt of a drive газораспределительного the mechanism never turn a cam-shaft and коленвал it is independent from each other more than on the distance shown in drawing. If to turn, there can be a wrong gearing between pistons and valves, and the parts concerning pistons and valves can be damaged.
  • Never bend a drive belt газораспределительного the mechanism.

2 — a range of admissible turn for коленвала-------- on a stamped mark, within 90 from an arrow on a casing of the oil pump to the left and to the right

Check

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Check up a drive belt газораспределительного the mechanism on presence of deterioration or cracks. If necessary replace.
  1. Check up the tension device about smooth rotation.

Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Establish a plate of the tension mechanism on the tension mechanism. Insert a ledge (1) plates of the tension mechanism into an aperture (2) in the tension mechanism.
  1. Establish the tension mechanism (2) and a plate of the tension mechanism (3):
    • Do not tighten while a bolt of the tension mechanism (1) wrench. While fasten only manually.
    • Be convinced that plate movement in a direction specified стрелочкой, forces the tension mechanism to move in the same direction.
    • If between a plate and the tension mechanism there is no interconnected movement, remove the tension mechanism and a plate again and repeatedly insert a plate ledge into an aperture of the tension mechanism.
  1. Be convinced of that the adjusting label Е (2) on a pulley of a belt of a drive газораспределительного the cam-shaft mechanism is levelled with a mark "V (1) on a cover of a head of the cylinder. If it not so, combine two marks, having turned a cam-shaft, but be cautious, do not turn it more than on an admissible range of turn.
  1. Be convinced of that the stamped mark (2) on a pulley of a belt of a drive газораспределительного the mechanism коленвала is levelled with стрелочкой (1) on a casing of the oil pump. If it not so, level two marks, having turned коленвал, but be cautious, do not turn it more than on an admissible range of turn.
  1. Establish a drive belt газораспределительного the mechanism and (2). Having levelled two numbers of marks and having pushed a plate of the tension mechanism, establish a drive belt газораспределительного the mechanism on two pulleys so that приводная the party of a belt (1) was without any proweight. And then establish a spring of the tension mechanism, and manually fix a hairpin натяжителя (3).

The piston 4 is in this position above a zero point of a working course.

  1. To eliminate sagging of a belt of a drive газораспределительного the mechanism, turn коленвал on two complete revolutions clockwise after its installation. Having convinced that sagging of a belt is not present, at first fix a hairpin натяжителя, and then a bolt of the tension mechanism by each specified rotating moment. Then be again convinced that two numbers of marks are levelled by appropriate amount.
    • The rotating moment of an inhaling:
      • Hairpin натяжителя: () — 11 Н•м (1.1 kg th, 8.0 pound on foot)
      • Bolt of the tension mechanism: (b) — 27 Н•м (2.7 kg th, 19.5 pound on foot)
  1. Establish an external cover of a belt of a drive газораспределительного the mechanism. Before to establish, be convinced that consolidation is between the water pump and a casing of the oil pump. The rotating moment of an inhaling: a bolt of an external cover of a belt of a drive газораспределительного the mechanism () — 11 Н•м (1.1 kg th, 8.0 pound on foot).
  1. Establish a pulley коленвала (2).
  1. Level a pin (1) with an aperture of a pulley of a belt of a drive газораспределительного the mechanism коленвала, and twirl bolts of a pulley (3) by the specified rotating moment. The rotating moment of an inhaling: a pulley bolt коленвала () — 16 Н•м (1.6 kg th, 11.5 pound on foot).
  1. Establish a casing of the fan of a radiator, the pulley of the water pump cooling the fan and приводной a belt of the water pump. Adjust a tension приводного a belt of the water pump, having addressed to Section Regulation and check of a tension of a belt of the cooling fan in the Head engine Cooling.
  2. Establish a belt of the pump of the strengthened steering or compressor A/S belt if that is available. Adjust a belt tension, having addressed to Section the Engine in the Head Maintenance service and greasing.
  3. Connect an inlet hose of a radiator to a radiator.
  4. Back fill cooling system, having addressed to Section Washing and filling of system of cooling in the Head engine Cooling.
  5. Connect a negative cable to the accumulator.
  6. Check up, whether leaks antifreeze in a hose junction.
