Installation

Put a sealant on the interfaced surfaces of the holder of the bearing (1) and a back plate of a brake. "A": a sealant 99000-31110.

Necessarily remove old consolidation before drawing of the new. |

Establish a back plate of a brake (2) on an axis of a back shaft (1).
|
Put a sealant in a connecting seam of the case of a back shaft (1) and a back plate of a brake. "A": consolidation 99000-31110.

Establish an axis of a back shaft on the case of a back shaft.
|
|
Tighten nuts of a back plate of a brake according to an inhaling twisting moment. An inhaling twisting moment: a nut of a back plate of a brake (a) — 23 Н•м (2.3 kg th, 17.0 pounds-foots).

Establish the wheel cylinder, and tighten bolts of the wheel cylinder and накидную a nut (or nuts) a brake highway according to an inhaling twisting moment (address to item 1 - 4 procedures of installation Has undressed the Brake cylinder).
Establish a cable of a lay brake (3) on a back plate of a brake (1).

Establish a brake drum. Address to Section the Brake drum.
Again fill the differential case new трансмиссионным with oil of the specified mark. Address to Section Servicing in the Head Back differential.
Fill a tank with a brake liquid and pit air from brake system (the operation description in Razdele Stravlivanie of air from brakes in the Head Brake system see).

Establish a wheel and tighten nuts of wheels with the specified twisting moment of an inhaling. An inhaling twisting moment: a wheel nut (b): 100 Н•м (10.0 kg th, 72.5 pounds-foots).

On termination of works, press the brake lever with effort about 30 kg (66 pounds) from three to ten times to receive a necessary backlash between a drum and a boot.
Adjust a cable of a lay brake (for adjustment address to Section Check and adjustment of a lay brake in the Head Brake system).
Establish a back central console box.
Check up and be convinced that a brake drum not заедает, and brakes work correctly. Then remove a vehicle from the lift and execute check of brakes (a foot brake and a lay brake).
Check up, whether there are no oil leaks in all established parts.
