Check of depression of the engine

Разряжение the engine, created in a soaking up branch pipe, is a good indicator of a condition of the engine. There is a following procedure of check разряжения:

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Warm up the engine to normal working temperature and be convinced that engine idling corresponds to technical requirements.

After an engine warming up put the gear change lever on neutral (for models А/Т put the gear change lever in position Р), both establish a lay brake and block приводные wheels.

  1. Switch off the engine and disconnect a vacuum hose from an inlet collector.
  1. Attach special tools (компрессиметр and connection of hoses) to a vacuum hose and an inlet collector.

  1. Start the engine with the specified speed of idling and consider indicators компрессиметра. Разряжение should be within technical characteristics. Technical characteristics разряжения: 52.6 – 65.8 кПа (40 – 50 sm рт. ст, 15.7 – 19.7 inches hg) on the specified speed of idling.
  2. After check remove компрессиметр and connection of hoses.
  3. Connect a vacuum hose to an inlet collector.
